Downloading a Digital Item

All customers will receive a download email immediately following confirmed purchase. If you did not receive a download email with links to download, please check your spam folder and the email address associated with your form of payment. You may also contact us at mgeni@sansahash.com and we’ll resend your email.  Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. 

I purchased a digital item, but I don’t have a Sansahash account.

If you checked out as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase is confirmed. If you have problem downloading your purchased, you may contact us at mgeni@sansahash.com.

I can’t seem to find my download notification email.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If it’s not there, add mgeni@sansahash.com to your address book or safe list. You may also contact us at mgeni@sansahash.com and we’ll resend your email.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?

Yes! You will need to have a Sansahash account to access your files. Simply, go to  “MY ACCOUNT” and head towards “Download” section. There you will find your files.
