The bottom ruffle adds a beautiful detail to the full circle skirt. There is a sleeveless, short, regular 3/4 and long sleeve option, which makes this the perfect dress to make year round. The short sleeves features elasticized sleeves which gives a delicate puff look. Whatever option you choose, your girl will be twirling with delight.
