Digital items aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. However, feel free to reach out concerning any issue with an order.

Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept order cancellations after order shipment.

Sansahash is based in The Netherlands and has been providing digital pdf sewing patterns for girls aged 6m to 12y since 2016. We sell our patterns world-wide.

Any information stored on Sansahash’s platform is treated as confidential. All information is stored securely by the use of SSL encryption methods and is accessed by authorized personnel only. These details are transmitted securely at all times, are not used for any other purpose and will never be provided to any third parties.

Information I Collect. To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information if you contact me directly.

You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Complaint. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Download section of your Sansahash account. The files are available once the payment is confirmed.  You will also receive an email with a link to download your digital files. If you can’t find the email, check your spam or junk inbox. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file.
